Execute workflows

Generic Ewoks execution (ewoksscxrd + Ewoks)

Run CBF conversion workflow:

ewoks execute src/ewoksscxrd/workflows/demo_eiger2cbf.json

This workflow also writes XDS.INP through CreateXDSInp.

Run conversion workflow:

ewoks execute src/ewoksscxrd/workflows/demo_eiger2crysalis.json

Run thresholding variant:

ewoks execute src/ewoksscxrd/workflows/demo_eiger2crysalis_lima2.json

Export TIFF frames:

ewoks execute src/ewoksscxrd/workflows/demo_tiff_save.json

If your environment supports workers:

ewoks submit path/to/workflow.json
