# ewoksscxrd

Single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SC-XRD) data-processing workflows built on top of [Ewoks](https://ewoks.readthedocs.io/).

`ewoksscxrd` provides reusable Ewoks tasks to:

- convert Eiger/LImA data to CrysAlis-compatible outputs and CBF stacks,
- generate auxiliary CrysAlis files (`.ini`, `.set`, `.ccd`, `.par`, `.run`),
- generate `XDS.INP` files for XDS data processing,
- export TIFF stacks,
- create averaged EDF frames,
- generate gallery images and publish processed datasets metadata to ICAT.

The project is developed and maintained by the [Software Group](http://www.esrf.eu/Instrumentation/software) at the [European Synchrotron](https://www.esrf.eu/).
